Rx = reaction number
Student = ... well, you known.
Date = Date the PCR reaction tube was signed out
Unknown = your description of the unknown on the signup sheet
PCR (ng/ul) = the estimated PCR reaction yeild. X = no product
Sent = the date the DNA sample was sent to MWG for sequencing
Seq = Sequencing results (+, -, or marginal)
