Sampling Obsidian Pool (a.k.a. Jim's Black Pool), Yellowstone National Park

MB 451 is a 4 credit-hour senior-level undergraduate lecture and lab course on microbial diversity, offered both in a traditional setting and on-line, by the Department of Microbiology at North Carolina State University.
